  • WhatsApp messages sent to our contact numbers.
  • Email communications.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Respond to your quote and information requests.
  • Send commercial proposals related to the services you requested.
  • Manage the business relationship and delivery of the contracted service.
  • Contact you afterward with information relevant to our services, unless you have requested otherwise.

4. WhatsApp virtual assistant

We operate an automated WhatsApp assistant that uses artificial intelligence to respond to initial inquiries. This assistant:

  • Stores the conversation history temporarily (maximum 7 days) to provide continuity to the dialogue.
  • Does not share information with third parties outside Meta's WhatsApp Business API platform.
  • Can be stopped at any time by sending the message "STOP".

5. Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g. streaming platforms contracted by the client) or as required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, or for the period required by Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and its regulatory decrees).
